The One Eared Cocker is a boutique pet clothing line using unique fabrics and totally new designs never before seen or used anywhere else. Each garment is hand crafted with all the love you would give if you were doing these garments yourself for your beloved pet.
Made Exclusively in the USA
Every item is made in the U.S.A. and with every effort to be planet friendly. Whenever possible we use upcycled materials sourced close to home. Our denim designs are one of a kind. No two will ever be identical as each is designed one at a time with love. We promise quality craftmanship as well as durable and oh so wearable. You will get compliments wherever you go in our one of a kind line.
Special Orders
We can do special orders for the largest to the tiniest pet. You give us your pet’s measurements following our instructions and we will create something just for you. Or, you can select one of our already made items, again with the promise that you will never see another one exactly like the one you choose.
Holiday Apparel
We will offer holiday designs as appropriate in the weeks prior to a major holiday so you can outfit your baby to celebrate in plenty of time. Six week’s lead time is required for special orders.
Quality
We pay extra attention to the details that really make a garment special. Most garments are lined with lightweight cotton so there are no raw seams to irritate your precious fur baby! We use quality materials from denim to rayon to silk and lace, all sourced locally. We use strong velcro for most of the closures to ensure not only a comfortable adjustable fit, but added security that buttons simply cannot provide.
We support Gulf Coast Cocker Spaniel Rescue
We love rescue organizations and are happy to be able to support their cause. A portion of all proceeds goes to GCCSR. This group rescues older cocker spaniels in need of new furever homes. We are a Woman Owned Small Business
We are one of a kind designers and creators of boutique pet clothing. Choose one of our creations or customize your own. We will bring your idea to life as well as make a beautiful garment for your fur baby!
Number One Designer
Vicki is the creative force behind the One Eared Cocker brand. She has been a seamstress most of her life but always working on children's and adult's clothing. She designed a multitude of baby clothes when her daughter was growing up and it was a natural fit to switch into pet garments, which are usually fairly small. All the same skills she used for human garments segued perfectly into designing pet clothes, including her vast knowledge of using ribbons, bows, ruffles, eyelet fabrics, denim, rayon, silk, velvet and other exotic fabrics and much more. She brings all those years of experience to head the design team. She will be your contact, particularly if you want a custom design or something designed from a favorite blanket or piece of clothing you love. She can spend time with you one on one via the TwitchTV live stream by appointment only.
Guest Designers
We invite you to submit your design idea, rough sketches to complete designs. We can work with you to create your one of a kind garment using either our fabric on hand or you can even send us something special. Have a favorite T-shirt you'd like turned into a hoodie? We can do that. Have something sentimental perhaps such as shirts from a parent or other loved one? We can turn that into something you will love and that will have extra special meaning to you and that will wrap your baby in sentimental love. If you like and with your written permission, we will feature your deisgn on our website giving you credit for the inspiration and design. We will even name the design after your pet or someone special. One of our recent designs called "the Maggie" featured in the Inside The Studio page, was submitted by a 12-year-old. The Maggie will be the pattern for future designs inspired by her vision. Rights to the completed design will remain solely with The One Eared Cocker.
Sunday Go To Meeting Day
We love what we do so much we work on it six days a week! But on Sundays, we take a well deserved break and attend our church. Spencer visits with his friend Petunia and has some doggy time during those couple of hours. We believe that animals are our gifts from God. The book of Proverbs says "A righteous man has regard for the life of his animal..." Proverbs 12:10. We especially love all our rescued friends and hope to have the opportunity to create something wonderful just for that special creature in your life.
